These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and yd77 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the yd77 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming and wagering services available at yd77.bet.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the yd77 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the yd77 platform.

yd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, yd77 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the yd77 platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with yd77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and yd77.

1.1 Platform Availability

yd77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, yd77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime due to maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where practicable.

1.2 Governing Language

All communications between yd77 and its players — including support correspondence, account notifications, and formal disputes — shall be conducted in English. Support responses are provided on Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

yd77 is committed to preventing underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, all players are required to submit valid government-issued identification documents before their first withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh.

2.1 Age Verification Process

Upon registration, players are required to self-declare that they are aged 18 or above. yd77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of a player's account lifecycle, including at the point of first deposit. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified by yd77, the account will be suspended until verification is complete.

2.2 Consequences of Underage Play

Where it is established that a registered yd77 account was created by a person under the age of 18 at the time of registration:

• The account will be permanently closed with immediate effect.
• All winnings and bonus funds associated with the account will be forfeited.
• Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source where technically possible, net of any payment processing costs.
• yd77 will cooperate fully with any regulatory or law enforcement inquiry arising from the matter.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a yd77 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered yd77 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, yd77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated bets or wins, and withhold any bonus funds claimed across the duplicate accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your yd77 account credentials, including your username and password. yd77 will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your yd77 account and not reuse it on other websites.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Notify yd77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

yd77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

All financial transactions on the yd77 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). yd77 does not charge any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which yd77 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking wallet.

• Visa and Mastercard — International debit and credit cards issued by Bangladeshi banks.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment accounts or cards registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and the return of funds to their source.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on yd77 is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, yd77 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits at its discretion as part of its responsible gaming and fraud prevention measures. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through their account settings.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified players are typically processed within 2–24 hours, subject to the following conditions:

• The player's KYC verification must be complete and approved.
• There must be no outstanding wagering requirements attached to the withdrawal amount.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method.
• The withdrawal request must not trigger any additional fraud or AML checks.

4.4 Refused Transactions

yd77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular activity. In such cases, yd77 will endeavour to notify the affected player and provide an opportunity to provide additional documentation.

yd77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New yd77 players are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered players who have completed email verification.
• The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonus funds must be used within 30 days of being credited to the account, after which any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

The following conditions apply to all bonuses offered by yd77 unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only and may not be used in a professional or systematic manner designed to guarantee profit.
• yd77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets across accounts to exploit promotions, or any other strategy that yd77 deems to be contrary to the spirit of the offer.
• Winnings generated from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited to your account, not on the qualifying deposit.

5.3 Seasonal and Cricket Promotions

By using the yd77 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and recreational purposes. You further agree that you will not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Use the yd77 platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party without express written authorisation from yd77.
• Attempt to access any part of the yd77 platform that you are not authorised to access, or attempt to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Use any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the yd77 platform in a manner not intended for natural human play.
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that interferes with the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Launder money, fund criminal activity, or use the yd77 platform in connection with any financial crime.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse yd77 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempt to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the yd77 platform or its games. Any bugs discovered must be reported to [email protected] immediately.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your yd77 account, the voiding of any associated bets or winnings, and — where the breach constitutes a criminal offence — referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

yd77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all of its players. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for a small proportion of players, and we have invested in a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity.

7.1 Available Self-Help Tools

All registered yd77 players have access to the following responsible gaming tools through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit to your yd77 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, you will be unable to place further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the length of your individual gaming sessions. You will be automatically logged out when your session time limit is reached.

7.2 Identifying Problem Gambling

Players may request the closure of their yd77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before a player-requested account closure is processed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, net of any outstanding wagering requirements. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.1 Company-Initiated Closure

yd77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Evidence of underage gambling.
• Use of automated software or bots in connection with the account.
• Any conduct that yd77 reasonably believes poses a reputational, financial, or legal risk to the Company.

8.2 Dormant Accounts

A yd77 account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. yd77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the 12-month dormancy threshold has been reached, provided the account balance is sufficient to cover the fee. Players will be notified by email before dormancy fees are applied. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a yd77 account — whether initiated by the player or by yd77 — these Terms & Conditions will continue to apply to any matters arising from the period during which the account was active, including any disputes relating to transactions, bets, or bonuses placed prior to closure.
